OdaBookings subscription fees are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable for the current billing period once charged, except as described below.
New subscribers may cancel at any time during their initial trial period without being charged.
You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of your current paid billing period — we do not provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of a cancelled month.
If you believe you were charged in error (e.g. duplicate charge, incorrect amount), contact us within 30 days at hello@odabookings.com and we will investigate and issue a correction where warranted.
If you downgrade from a higher tier to a lower tier mid-cycle, the change takes effect at your next billing date — no partial refund is issued for the difference in the current cycle.
